Returns & Cancellations

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are deemed faulty or has been wrongly described as per the website. Any refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase. If you make an error please email us at cellardoor@hartandhunter.com.au

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to (cellardoor@hartandhunter.com.au) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
